Help JPMorgan Advisors deliver exceptional experiences and solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families through high-touch engagements and strategic initiatives. As a Business Management Senior Associate supporting the Client Specialist organization, you’ll help run the day-to-day strategy and execution that enables Client Specialists to win and grow client relationships. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver business development, operational, technology, marketing, and performance reporting initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Client Specialists and is based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.
Job responsibilities
Partner with sales, training, marketing, and events teams to deliver core Client Specialist strategies Develop actionable ideas that drive business growth and improve efficiency, working independently and with stakeholders Execute business development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners Lead projects across operations, technology, strategy, marketing, business tracking, and compensation that support the Client Specialist role Maintain and enhance platforms that track new business activity, analyze results, and produce performance reporting Deliver monthly sales and performance updates to executive leadership Manage timelines and deliverables for Client Specialist field activities Build business strategy presentations and materials for leadership and broader stakeholder groups Support onboarding and orientation for new Client Specialist hires Contribute to training programs and resources that enable Client Specialist success Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, project management, finance, analytics, or strategy) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive-ready presence Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Expert Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP-based reporting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities Understanding of the wealth management business and client growth drivers Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Progress toward or possession of Series 7, 63, 65, and/or CFP credentials preferred
