Country Leader, HBS Norway

The Country Leader will have overall responsibility HBS Services Operations for the region. This role is P&L responsible for $16m revenue. A highly capable communicator and manager, you will have proven service management and people management experience. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and influencers including sales, operations, supply chain and commercial departments. A strong MOS will be implemented to sales, operations, HR & business support functions in Romania. A key element to this role is to implement and drive a clear growth & expansion of wallet strategy for the Norway business, beyond Fire Systems maintenance activities. Co-ordination with sales and operations teams to ensure orders growth whilst controlling commercial risk, including customer retention & service bank growth. You will achieve required orders, revenue and margin targets. Key program performance metrics include safety, forecast accuracy, margin expansion, cashflow, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
