Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager who is a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. This position will support upcoming GBRD program as the MPM Lead.

Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments & proactively manage mitigation plans Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as needed Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews Oversee subcontractor execution performance Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, such as MRP systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP,
