• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sites meeting Oklo's siting criteria (proximity to load, available land area, soil conditions, water access, community context)

• Coordinate with Development Engineering on site feasibility and with Oklo's Environmental & Permitting team on zoning and land use risk

• Manage landowner and broker relationships across multiple states

• Over time, build and lead a team of land and real estate professionals

• Identify and secure sites suitable for Isotope production facilities, evaluating proximity to Aurora powerhouse sites, workforce access, water and waste infrastructure, and compatibility with NRC facility licensing requirements

• Lead land and real estate activities for Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campuses (NLICs), including multi-parcel assemblage, shared infrastructure easement structuring, and coordination with local governments on zoning for mixed nuclear-use facilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy project land acquisition, real estate, or land management

• Demonstrated experience executing site control across a portfolio of complex energy or infrastructure projects

• Strong negotiation skills with experience across agricultural, industrial, and government-owned land

• Familiarity with GIS tools for site screening and parcel analysis

• Experience working in multi-state environments with varying regulatory and title requirements
