Job Responsibilities
Registry Management Associate I - (Remote - US/East Coast) Make an impact in real-world research — from your desk. As a Registry Management Associate I (RMA I), you’ll play a key role in supporting non-interventional studies that drive medical insight and improve patient outcomes. Working remotely, you’ll connect directly with healthcare providers and patients, manage critical study data, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of information collected in real-world and late-phase research. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on meaningful conversations, enjoy data-focused work, and want to grow their career in clinical research within a collaborative, mentoring environment. What You’ll Do: Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers, sites, and patients — building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional study experience. Coordinate and monitor non-interventional studies such as pregnancy registries and retrospective chart reviews. Collect, review, and manage study data through electronic case report forms (eCRFs), ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols and regulations. Conduct remote interviews, data entry, and data review to support real-world evidence collection. Maintain essential documentation and audit readiness across all stages of the study. Track data trends, perform data cuts, and contribute to analysis and reporting.
