Senior Professional, Sports Marketing, Running & Training, LATAM - Temporary 3 Months

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will work across key stakeholders of brand marketing, comms and GEO from an internal perspective to foster communication, alignment and activation purposes, but also with external stakeholders such as athletes, agents and key partners from fitness industry to re-shape our athlete portfolio boosting activation and securing the best assets that can bring our strategies to life. You will report directly to the Sports Marketing director for Latam.

LOOKING FOR Someone who is passionate about sport and deeply connected to the Running and Training landscape in Mexico, with a strong understanding of athletes, communities, coaches, creators and the cultural forces shaping these sports. Strong relationship builder and hands-on operator who can quickly step into the role, build trust with internal and external partners, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person combines strategic thinking with strong execution, understands how to identify and develop athlete and talent opportunities, and knows how to connect Sports Marketing assets to broader brand and business priorities. 5+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Athlete Marketing, Talent Management, Brand Marketing or a related field.. Strong knowledge of the Mexican sports landscape, with particular understanding of Running and/or Training. Experience managing relationships with athletes, talent, agents, managers or external partners. Experience with athlete/talent contracts, negotiations, rights, deliverables and relationship management Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with multiple internal stakeholders. Strong business judgment, problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment. Most importantly, you bring a passion for sport, athletes and consumers, an understanding of how sport connects with culture, and the ability to turn strong relationships and insights into meaningful opportunities for the brand. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will help drive the Sports Marketing strategy and execution across both categories while ensuring continuity and excellence across our athlete and talent portfolio.This will require you to: Manage and strengthen relationships with athletes, coaches, agents, managers, communities and key partners across Running and Training. Manage the existing athlete and talent portfolio, ensuring contractual obligations, product needs, appearances and key deliverables are executed effectively. Support athlete and talent contracting, negotiations, renewals and portfolio management, partnering closely with Legal, Finance and other internal teams. Connect Sports Marketing assets with Brand, Communications, Digital, Marketplace and Category teams to maximize their impact across key business priorities. Identify opportunities to activate athletes and talent across campaigns, product launches, races, sporting moments, events, experiences and content.cross-functional teams to create cohesive plans Ensure best-in-class athlete servicing, including product management and support around key competitions and brand moments. Track performance, capture learnings and provide visibility on key initiatives, opportunities and portfolio development. Ensure clear documentation and continuity of key projects, relationships and processes throughout the temporary assignment.
