We are looking for a Senior Engineer to be part of the HPE SAP Delivery team . This is a Global Team that provides reactive support and proactive / lifecycle services to worldwide customers of HPE Solutions for SAP HANA. We are a Solution Support team with in-house expertise to support Compute, Storage, Network, SLES / RHEL OS, Virtualisation, High Availability solutions like Serviceguard & Pacemaker, as well as SAP HANA DB. The ideal candidate would be one who is known for applying advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert on atleast one compute and storage product from HPE portfolio as well as SLES or RHEL OS. They should exercise significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives.  As a Senior Engineer, you will help customers design, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot HPE Solutions for SAP HANA. Your work will directly influence Customer Success and long-term adoption. Responsibilities :  - Provide technical support for HPE Solutions for SAP HANA deployments across the world, with focus on AMS region. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, virtualization and operating system. - Drive timely resolution of support cases in alignment with SLAs. - Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices to improve internal knowledge bases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure Customer Success. - Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members. - Role will cover AMS time zone (evening shift) on a regular basis and provide standby support on alternate weekends of each month (cover 1-2 weekends/ month).

Required :  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent. - Advanced English communication skills. - 6 to 10 years of experience supporting HPE compute / storage products. - Advanced Linux skills is must. - Strong troubleshooting in compute, storage, networking, and Linux. Nice To Have :  - Experience with PoCs, deployments, or customer facing technical roles. - Proficiency in scripting/log analysis (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred). - SAP HANA database skills. - Certification in SLES, RHEL or SAP HANA administration.
