We are currently looking for a talented Brand and Content Associate for FanDuel Canada. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives while serving as a key project manager across multiple campaigns and stakeholders (Brand, Media, Growth, CRM). You will manage marketing requests, help prioritize initiatives with business leaders, and determine the most effective execution approach using internal teams, agency partners, or AI-enabled solutions. Working cross-functionally across the organization, you will ensure projects move efficiently from concept to execution while driving impactful marketing programs.

• Own the marketing intake process, ensuring requests are organized, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives across Marketing teams (Brand, Media, Growth, CRM)
• Maintain campaign plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time and with excellence
• Partner with business leaders to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and align resources against strategic goals
• Determine the most effective execution approach for each project, leveraging agency partners, internal teams, or AI-enabled solutions
• Manage relationships with agency partners and oversee the development of creative and campaign assets
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through process optimization, emerging technologies, and AI-powered tools
• Measure, report, and communicate campaign results, delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience working in a brand marketing, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills - managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and AI-powered marketing tools
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, creative development, and visual design principles, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide constructive creative feedback
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Experience managing agencies and overseeing campaign execution from brief to launch
