The candidate must possess strong business partnering, stakeholder management, data analytics, and problem-solving skills, with solid knowledge of business planning tools and processes. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into actionable insights, develop effective dashboards and analytics solutions, and collaborate across global functions and regions to support data-driven business planning and decision-making.

Lead plant-wide business planning, performance analysis, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making. Analyze key business, operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights for management. Translate business requirements and complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and mitigation plans to support management decision-making. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, including business transformation, capacity planning, cost optimization and continuous improvement. Drive the digitalization, automation, and standardization of business processes, reporting, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and planning tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency. Act as a focal point for analytical problem-solving and escalation, applying structured problem-solving to remove barriers, address risks, and drive business and operational improvements. Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to align plant-level business priorities with overall company strategy and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred. 8+ years of relevant experience in business planning, business analytics, operations planning, or related roles. Strong knowledge of business planning, forecasting, performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, with proven ability to develop dashboards and analytical solutions. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for management and senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions and work effectively across functions, organizations, and global regions. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, leadership, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
