HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Proven ability to manage project planning, execution, and delivery across defined timelines and scope. Strong understanding of consulting project methodologies, governance, and issue/risk tracking. Experience in coordinating cross-functional workstreams and maintaining project documentation and status reporting. Ability to support stakeholder management through structured communication and escalation processes. Familiarity with project tools, process discipline, and delivery controls in a consulting environment.

Bachelor of Business Administration

HR Operations (4+ years)
