About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Administrative Assistant to support executives in Database Technology. In this role, you will: Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions Support projects Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning Act as information source on group and company policies Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with external customers Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience demonstrating proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferred Proven ability to lead individuals and drive projects from initiation through successful completion Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with Senior leadership and other team members Ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and oral communication Strong interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks, improve workflows, and enhance the employee experience Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations quickly Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner Demonstrates sound judgment when problem solving Works well in a team environment; demonstrates respect and collaboration Ability and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results orientation, and professionalism Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule Relocation assistance is not available for this position This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location: 194 Wood Ave S . - Iselin, NJ 08830 Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
