Plasma Etch/Metro/RTP RAMP Manufacturing Engineer (SM1)

We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team. The responsibilities of a Ramp Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:

Drive manufacturing ramp and qualifications of new toolsets across 300mm Plasma, Metrology and RTP processes to meet Fab program objectives and timelines. Engage with cross-disciplinary teams including quality, process integration, equipment engineering and external vendors to qualify new toolsets and ensure process stability on released processes. Execution of equipment/process startup strategy including process experiments (SWRs), engineering changes documentation (ECNs) and change control board approval (CCB). Document and fanout best known methods and systematic findings to improve ramp efficiency and reduce repeat ramp bottlenecks in a continuous manner. Advanced understanding and utilization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Fault Detection (FD), SPC tools and Process Conversion Documentation. Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality. Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility, such as: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab.
