Job Description he ERP Support Specialist provides support for Hines incoming support requests, troubleshoot and research ERP related system issues, and tests enhancements and system upgrades. This position is a member of the Application Support Team reporting directly to the Director, Integrated Technology Solutions and Support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide end-user support for both domestic and international users of the Hines financial systems, assisting with application-related challenges. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues by analyzing and replicating problems. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when appropriate. Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders. Support the set-up of new companies, business units and charts of accounts in the financial systems. Administration of JDE End-user security. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of support processes, technical issues, and resolutions for a knowledge base. Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support services. EXPERIENCE A minimum of 2 years of JD Edwards, Yardi or similar ERP system including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Real Estate Management a plus Real Estate industry experience a plus. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of Microsoft developer products such as SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple support tickets effectively. A patient and professional demeanor with a strong desire to assist end-users.
