Overview
The Partner Solution Sales (PSS) Manager - Azure is responsible for driving Azure growth across the SMB segment through Microsoft's partner ecosystem. This role leads Azure-focused partner sales execution, accelerates cloud migration and modernization opportunities, drives Azure consumption, and builds scalable partner-led motions to acquire and expand SMB customers. The individual will work closely with distributors, CSP partners, system integrators, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), SMB Sales teams, and technical specialists to create and execute Azure growth plans focused on customer acquisition, workload expansion, and AI-powered transformation Responsibilities Own Azure business results across an assigned portfolio of SMB partners.Develop and execute partner business plans to drive Azure revenue, consumption, and customer acquisition.Identify, build, and progress Azure migration, modernization, data & AI, infrastructure, security, and application opportunities.Drive Azure solution area pipeline and forecast accuracy through disciplined sales management.Lead partner co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams to accelerate strategic opportunities.Enable partners to position Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, data platforms, and modern application solutions.Conduct regular business reviews and growth planning sessions with partner leadership.Drive Azure skilling, certifications, and capability development within partner organizations.Leverage Microsoft investments, incentives, and programs to maximize Azure growth and market share.Collaborate with Qualifications 8+ years of technology sales, cloud sales, partner sales, channel management, or business development experience.Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, data & AI, security, and modernization solutions.Experience working with CSPs, distributors, resellers, or managed service providers.Proven track record of quota attainment and pipeline growth.Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior partner stakeholders.Excellent business planning, opportunity management, and forecasting skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline preferred This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
