We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to serve as the lead technical pre-sales advisor for our Brazil State & Local Government District . This role is responsible for driving technical strategy across the district's most strategic opportunities, partnering with customers throughout the sales cycle to lead discovery, technical validation, solution architecture, and executive-level conversations that demonstrate how ServiceNow delivers measurable business outcomes. Combining business acumen, technical expertise, solution architecture, and consultative selling skills, the successful candidate will support complex enterprise opportunities, build compelling technical visions, and guide customers through their digital transformation journeys leveraging workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent business processes. As a hands-on technical leader within the district, this individual will develop trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders, architects, and decision-makers, lead proof-of-concepts and high-impact demonstrations, and help shape the technical sales strategy for the territory. Working closely with Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer stakeholders, the Senior Solution Consultant will also mentor junior Solution Consultants, share best practices, and contribute to the growth and success of the broader Solution Consulting team. What You Get To Do In This Role Lead discovery workshops and technical validation activities for strategic sales opportunities. Understand customer business challenges and translate them into compelling platform-based solutions. Design and present solution architectures aligned to customer business outcomes and transformation objectives. Deliver impactful demonstrations tailored to executive, business, and technical audiences. Build and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations for complex opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to customer architects, IT leaders, and business stakeholders. Partner closely with account teams to develop winning technical strategies for enterprise sales pursuits.

ServiceNow AI capabilities, workflow automation, and intelligent automation solutions to address customer priorities. Coach and mentor junior Solution Consultants on discovery methodology, technical storytelling, and solution positioning. Contribute to team enablement, best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing programs.

Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Conduct detailed customer discovery and requirements analysis. Architect solution approaches leveraging the ServiceNow Platform and broader enterprise ecosystems. Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations. Build hands-on prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate customer use cases. Address technical objections and provide guidance on architecture, integration, security, and scalability considerations. Establish strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders, enterprise architects, and IT leadership. Support opportunities
