Eaton’s Enterprise CoE located in Pune, India has an opening  for an  Engineer in Test lab team within the Eaton India Innovation Center.This role is established for EMI/EMC Laboratory in EIIC Mobility Group. The core responsibilities of this position are following: Perform EMI/EMC compliance and pre-compliance testing on electrical and electronic products & validate products  as per applicable IEC /CISPR 25 and ISO 11452 Standards. Prepare test setup as per test plan and standard, perform the tests, monitor test results and generate a test report. Maintain lab equipment, manage & track test requests, implement and maintain 5S activities, support safety initiative, and participate in planning of lab and equipment upgrades Validate products by performing EMI/EMC tests as per applicable IEC/ CISPR 25 and ISO 11452/MIL/ RTCA-DO Standards. Prepare test setup  and operate EMC test equipment, including: Spectrum analyzers EMI receivers Signal generators Antennas LISNs RF amplifiers Oscilloscopes ESD, EFT, Surge, andConduct emissions and immunity testing according to applicable standards (CISPR, IEC, ISO, FCC, MIL-STD, EN standards, etc.). Prepare test samples, cabling configurations, and test environments, monitor test results and generate a test report. Maintain lab equipment, manage & track test requests, implement and maintain 5S activities, support safety initiative, and participate in planning of lab and equipment upgrades. Perform EMI/EMC compliance and pre-compliance testing on electrical and electronic products. Set up and operate EMC test equipment, including:    Spectrum analyzers    EMI receivers    Signal generators    Antennas    LISNs    RF amplifiers    Oscilloscopes ESD, EFT, Surge, and Conducted Immunity test systems Conduct emissions and immunity testing according to applicable standards (CISPR, IEC, ISO, FCC, MIL-STD, EN standards, etc.). Prepare test samples, cabling configurations, and test environments. Assist engineers in troubleshooting EMI/EMC failures and implementing corrective actions. Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment is functioning properly. Support chamber maintenance and routine laboratory housekeeping activities. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and product development teams during validation and certification activities. Assist in developing test procedures and work instructions. Support capital equipment and road mapping process for the test lab to identify equipment upgrades, capacity increases, and new technologies to be incorporated. Maintain inventory, order miscellaneous materials & other low value assets as per set-up/tests requirements. Monitor & provide quality performance trends    Qualifications: 
 Master's degree with 1 to 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
