What You Will Do
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures that quality standards are consistently achieved, drives corrective and preventive actions, and leads quality teams to support product reliability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines, and control plans to ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products. Lead the development and implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures to achieve quality objectives. Investigate and address trends related to internal and external non-conformances. Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams, including team leaders, quality specialists, and inspectors, to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Develop and review reports with Quality Assurance, Production, Management, and Engineering teams to analyze and resolve quality-related issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with applicable customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
