About this role
Grow with us About this opportunity As a Strategic Product Manager for Autonomous Operation and Enablement, you will be part of a team of Strategic Product Managers responsible for handling Ericsson business demands and offerings in the domain of services. The domain includes defining, creating and upselling services to new and existing customers, with the ambition to exceed market expectations and maximize profitability across the Ericsson Services domain. You will focus on the Autonomous Operation (AO) proposition, where incidents are resolved before customers notice, operations shift from reactive to predictive and ultimately autonomous, and managed services can scale without proportional headcount growth. Automation is approached as a systemic capability, not as isolated use cases. What you will do • Work with the defined services offering strategy, analyzing market and competitive conditions to shape differentiated services offerings that deliver strong value to both existing and new customers. • Manage go-to-market (GTM) and service lifecycle management (SLM) for services offerings, including related tools and associated value propositions. • Provide input into the domain’s multi-year business plan and roadmap evolution, ensuring alignment with Ericsson’s services strategy and AO ambitions. • Take responsibility for development prioritization of tools and resources that maximize return on investment, including net sales and overall profitability of your offerings. • Clearly articulate the business value of your offerings to the wider portfolio and sales teams so they understand the intent behind any new offering or release. • Engage with customers for service offering overviews, demonstrating thought leadership, leading engagement and development planning, and capturing requirements. • Define offering packaging and pricing models (for example subscription, usage-based, tiered or hybrid), ensuring profitability and recurring services revenue. • Drive marketing activities and deliverables, including prototypes and demos, sales tools, case studies, thought leadership content and analyst briefings. • Ensure sales and delivery readiness and regional enablement for your offerings, including necessary training, collateral and tools. • Enable Sales with pricing guidelines and commercial guardrails, and work closely with Deal Desk and Bid teams on complex deals. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market alignment and with Finance on revenue recognition and compliance. • Continuously refine how the portfolio makes money, evolving pricing, packaging and commercial models based on market feedback and performance. What you will bring • Strong experience in customer-facing services, ideally within telecom, managed services or adjacent technology domains. • Systems thinking across the closed loop of design, deployment, operation, assurance and continuous improvement, with a core focus on autonomy levels. • A clear vision of autonomy maturity levels and how to evolve operations from reactive to predictive and autonomous. • Proven ability to integrate AI, orchestration and assurance into coherent service offerings and value propositions. • Experience with intent-based and policy-driven approaches to operations and service management. • Deep understanding of managed services operations and what it takes to run them efficiently at scale. • High fluency in data, observability and metrics, with comfort using data to drive decisions, KPIs and roadmap priorities. • Strong focus on trust, governance and risk control in the design and commercialization of services. • A platform and reusability mindset, ensuring capabilities can be scaled and reused across customers and offerings. • Change management and organizational adoption skills, enabling regions and
