About the Team Trust and Securities Services (TSS) - Custody & Fund Services (C&F) business is part of the Corporate Bank division in Deutsche Bank. The role is in the Client Management & Service (CMS) team of TSS – C&F. This is a client facing role and the individual should be able to manage both domestic as well as off-shore/cross border clients for Custody & Fund Services. Take ownership of end-to-end client service management, ensuring timely resolution of service requests, enquiries, and escalations. Manage clients throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, KYC refresh, account opening, account maintenance, e-banking setup, business expansion activities, and account closures. Conduct regular client service reviews, performance discussions, and governance meetings with clients. Monitor service quality and client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and process improvement. Partner with internal stakeholders including Coverage, Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, AFC, KYC, Legal, and Technology teams to resolve complex service matters. Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery against agreed timelines. Support Enhanced Due Diligence, negative news reviews, and other client risk-related activities as required. Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Coverage teams to support revenue growth and deepen client relationships. Participate in strategic client discussions and represent Deutsche Bank in client meetings and industry engagements where appropriate. Lead or support business transformation initiatives, regulatory projects, migrations, and operational improvement programs. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements at all times. Promote the use of digital solutions, e-banking platforms, and self-service tools to improve client experience and operational efficiency. Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of experience within Custody, Securities Services, Fund Services, Asset Servicing, Fund Administration, or Financial Institutions servicing roles. Proven experience managing institutional client relationships within financial institutions, insurance companies, asset managers, hedge funds, brokers, or custodian banks. Prior experiences servicing Chinese financial institutions will be a plus. Strong knowledge of custody, securities settlement, corporate actions, fund admin, cash management, account services, and related market infrastructure. Good knowledge of the Hong Kong market and sufficient knowledge of the China market. Sound understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, and account management processes. Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios independently and handle complex client issues and escalations. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external parties across multiple levels. Commercially minded with an ability to identify client opportunities and support business growth initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital client servicing platforms. Proficiency in English and
