 You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr (Level 3) for the Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for driving multiple program production planning, demand and supply planning, and ensuring seamless collaboration with multiple functions to meet business objectives.

As the Manufacturing Planner Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end production plans that keep our advanced programs on schedule. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for multiple programs. Perform demand‑and‑supply analysis to anticipate material needs and mitigate bottlenecks. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations to align resources with program milestones. Identify and resolve planning variances through data‑driven root‑cause analysis.  Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline. Strong experience in a Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) based operating system. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, internal and external customers. Proficient in MS Office- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus (MFC Greenbelt certified or equivalent) Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance   Desired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool.  Desired Skills
