Job Function: Customer Management Job Sub Function: Customer Service Operations Job Category: Business Enablement/Support All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia, São Paulo, Brazil Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a CS Order Entry LATAM, located in Bogota, Colombia or Sao Paulo, Brazil Job Overview The CS Order Entry LATAM role plays a critical part in enabling reliable and compliant order ‑ to ‑ cash execution across the Latin America region. This position ensures accurate and timely sales order processing, supports internal and external customers, and partners closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. The role directly impacts customer satisfaction, revenue flow, and operational excellence by ensuring orders are entered, managed, and resolved correctly from receipt through fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, validate , and maintain customer sales orders in enterprise systems in accordance with pricing, contracts, and compliance requirements. Review order completeness and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, product availability, customer master data, or delivery requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact for order ‑ related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers across LATAM markets. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure on ‑ time fulfillment, accurate invoicing, and issue resolution. Monitor order status, backorders, and exceptions, proactively communicating updates and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including audit and documentation standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring order issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting, compliance, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field required . Additional coursework or certification in supply chain or customer service disciplines preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain operations, or a related function . Proven experience entering and managing sales orders in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately. Ability to analyze order issues and collaborate cross ‑ functionally to drive resolution. Working knowledge of order ‑ to ‑ cash processes, pricing structures, and basic invoicing concepts. Preferred: Experience supporting Latin America markets within a regional or global organization. Background in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries. Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer performance metrics. Experience participating in
