Director, Data Strategy and Analytics Enablement (Hybrid MA, NY, NH, NJ, PA)

The Director of Data Strategy & Enablement is a key leadership position tasked with defining and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that translates into actionable business value across the enterprise. This role involves bridging the gap between business strategy and data execution, transforming commercial priorities and KPIs into impactful data and analytics solutions. The Director will collaborate closely with the CTO organization and global delivery teams to create a modern, scalable data ecosystem and analytics-ready products. Key responsibilities include translating business processes into data requirements, developing a strategic roadmap aligned with digital transformation goals, standardizing data definitions, and leading the creation of advanced data platforms. Additionally, the Director will oversee data governance, compliance with global regulations, and the establishment of prioritization frameworks for data initiatives, all while building and managing a high-performing team of data strategists and governance experts.

This leader will bridge business strategy and data execution, converting commercial priorities, KPIs, and processes into high-impact, reusable data and analytics solutions. This role partners closely with the CTO organization and global delivery teams (including offshore COEs) to design, build, and enable a modern, scalable data ecosystem and analytics-ready data products. The Director will lead cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and analytics teams while ensuring strong data governance, quality, and compliance in regulated environments. The ideal candidate combines data strategy, product thinking, and enterprise leadership, with a proven ability to operate in complex global models and deliver both immediate business impact and long-term scalable data assets.

Translate commercial strategy, business processes, and KPIs into scalable data and analytics requirements that drive measurable outcomes. Define and execute an enterprise-wide Data Strategy & Enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities and digital transformation goals. Partner with Human Insights, Product & Experience, Commercial Analytics, and Market Intelligence teams to ensure data products are usable, consistent, and aligned to downstream needs. Standardize business definitions, logic, and data models to ensure consistency across the organization. Lead development of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud data lakes/warehouses) to support advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases. Architect and optimize complex data ecosystems, integrating data across CRM, ERP, hubs, telemetry, and third-party sources. Define end-to-end data flows, ensuring seamless ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers. Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to implement scalable integration frameworks and interoperability standards. Facilitate cross-functional governance forums, prioritization decisions, and roadmap alignment.
