ASSOCIATE ANALYST, SOURCING TECHNOLOGY JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of working experience and a background in Supply Chain Industry. The candidate should be proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid product/project management methodologies, with a solid understanding of digital platforms and business processes. In this role, you will support the Product Owner in business process modeling and requirements elicitation. You will be a key member of the Sourcing Technology team, contributing to the development of the digital roadmap across platforms such as Product Development, Costing, Planning, and Order Management. You will be responsible for managing the evolution of requirements across initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, and conducting internal and external research to propose viable digital solutions. You will provide day-to-day support on requirements and solutions for project teams, and step in for the Product Owner when needed. You will also regularly analyze business use cases and recommend next steps for the Product Owner’s approval. In addition, you will provide Level 3 system support to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of current and future-state business processes in collaboration with business stakeholders. Design and develop requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, UI mock-ups, process/data flow diagrams, dashboards, and reports. Participate in project meetings, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria and other required documentation. Validate and review specifications with SMEs, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery with proper sign-offs. Act as a liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams. Work cross-functionally across workstreams, including project managers, software QA teams, program leadership, and external vendors. Coverage may include APAC, EMEA, and NORA regions. Collaborate with the Product Owner to recommend product features that enhance user experience, security, and efficiency. Analyze third-party/product integration requirements and work closely with vendors to implement solutions. Support testing activities by designing test cases with QA and business stakeholders, and monitor system performance and enhancements. Partner with the Product Owner to monitor processes and KPIs to continuously improve user experience. Collaborate with support teams to provide Level 3 support and ensure smooth knowledge transfer for system enhancements. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including GenAI, NLP, and data-driven decision support. Hands-on or conceptual experience with AI-enabled solutions, such as copilots, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted analytics platforms.
