Job responsibilities
Provide independent valuation services to internal and external clients across a wide array of OTC derivative products, including rates, credit, equity, FX, inflation, commodity, and volatility / variance swaps. Produce and analyze daily valuations for OTC derivatives within client portfolios, including comparing valuations across multiple sources and quantifying/clearly articulating valuation movements through the Greeks. Establish and develop strong working relationships with internal partners and external clients by delivering timely, accurate responses to valuation-related questions and escalations. Resolve ad-hoc issues and queries related to third-party valuations, valuation procedures, and operational processes, ensuring appropriate documentation and controls. Support projects related to new product testing / analysis and client onboarding, contributing to process improvements as the role and your skills develop. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Demonstrated OTC derivatives valuation knowledge across multiple asset classes. 2 years of prior middle office or operations experience, with a background in derivatives and/or valuations. Proactive, pragmatic approach to problem solving with a solid mathematical foundation; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated with strong curiosity about financial markets. Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters/Refinitiv, and/or other trading or market data platforms.
