Principal Product Manager

In this role, the Principal Product Manager will be tasked with leveraging the potential of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to help strategic customers achieve their business goals. The position requires a mix of deep technical understanding of cloud service and the ability to effectively understand customer need. The PPM will serve as a bridge between product teams, engineering, and customers, identifying specific challenges, cloud adoption drivers, and key service value propositions. The emphasis is on understanding key reference customers needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the delivery of desired features. The product manager will own the discovery, development, and integration of features spanning multiple OCI products. Additionally, the role encompasses the creation of customer reference programs, sales collateral, and various content types. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is emphasized, contributing to Oracle's global growth, market share expansion, and customer retention efforts. Department Description: Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure team is building new Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior executives, architects, development teams, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of the world’s most demanding customers.
