Become a part of our caring community The Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead is a strategic portfolio transformation role responsible for shaping and enabling Humana’s portfolio operations, Agile Release Train (ART) design, and Ways of Working across the portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives (SVPs, VPs, and portfolio leaders), the role translates transformation strategy into scalable execution by diagnosing portfolio delivery challenges, guiding organizational design, and improving alignment, flow, and value delivery. It combines deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile at scale, and large-scale change with strong facilitation, coaching, and data-driven decision-making to influence portfolio priorities and outcomes. The position emphasizes enterprise enablement over delivery management, driving continuous improvement, Lean adoption, and cultural change while partnering across business and technology teams to optimize performance, metrics, and operational excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment. The Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead serve s as a strategic leader driving the development and execution portfolio-wide transformation of Humana’s Ways of Working by shaping and enabling portfolio operating models, ART design, and leadership behaviors across the enterprise. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with business and technology leaders. The role partners directly with SVPs, VPs, and senior leaders to influence how portfolios are operationalized, prioritized, and executed to achieve measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, executive communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, collaborative, and often ambiguous. The Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead is responsible for driving improvement of processes and systems across multiple sites. This position will provide leadership, planning, process development, and Lean implementation coaching. to meet strategic goals and objectives as defined by site leadership. Responsible for leading overall activities executed in coordination with other site based Continuous Improvement Coordinators to collectively improve operational excellence and achieve our overall goals as an organization. Rather than focusing on ceremony or framework purist process adherence, this role is accountable for helping leaders translate transformation strategy into practical, scalable execution—improving alignment, predictability, and value delivery across portfolios and value streams. The Sr. Portfolio Enablement L ead brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, operating model design, and large-scale change, and applies that experience to guide leaders through complex, multi-layered transitions. The role works across one or more portfolios, facilitating critical decision-making sessions, diagnosing systemic delivery challenges, and advising leadership on tradeoffs, flow efficiency, and structural improvements. It plays a key role in evolving portfolio and ART design to support enterprise agility, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation. This position may support PI-level planning and high-visibility initiatives, but the emphasis is on enterprise enablement and transformation—not delivery management. The role operates with significant autonomy, exercising judgment within broad frameworks and influencing enterprise standards, practices, and transformation strategy. This role sits within the Office or the COO in the Technical organization , staying
