Our work covers the value chain from strategy development through implementation and transformation, across areas including Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing / MRO, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development.

As a member of your project team, you’ll work alongside colleagues at different levels and clients to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. Work with our clients in operations, and understand operational performance on the ground. Gather key data inputs and carry out accurate, traceable quantitative and qualitative analyses, checking your findings to ensure they are robust. Develop hypotheses, support data collection, create models, and conduct analyses to turn information into clear insights. Find creative ways to work through information limitations and use your findings to support the delivery of client projects. Create clear, client-ready materials and contribute confidently and appropriately to internal and client discussions on topics related to your work. Structure and manage your own work and outputs, taking responsibility for your contribution and helping the wider project team move forward.
