This role supports onboarding, offboarding, Workday transactions, employee documentation and employee service requests while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established processes. What Your Impact Will Be: Process onboarding and offboarding activities. Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records. Process Workday transactions and employee data changes. Maintain employee files and operational documentation. Assist with reporting, audits and compliance activities. Monitor data accuracy and escalate issues as required. Support implementation of operational processes and service standards. Coordinate administrative activities related to employee lifecycle events. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 2+ years of HR, administration or shared services experience. Experience with Workday system. Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong customer service orientation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
