Position Summary
Work you’ll do Provide technical services in the areas of computer hardware and software for both the hotel and the internal employees located at Deloitte University. Administers, configures, monitors and tests application servers for business and network operations. Manage vendors to maintain system stasis regardless of server and application locations. Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions. Work with senior level engineers to implement applications and technology solutions. Monitor daily use data and application server backups, upgrades, and patches. Responds to and resolves any critical issues impacting production and other system environments. May serve internal or external clients. This is an in-office role which works 100% onsite at our Westlake, TX Deloitte location. The DU Technology & Infrastructure (T&I) Team delivers services internally including: Network Management (LAN, WAN, WLAN) Incident Management (Following ITIL Model) Server Deployment Storage Management Technology & Infrastructure Application Management Relationship Management Hotel specific technologies Audio Visual Services Compliance & Security Standards Communications Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure Systems & Network environments Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Windows environments including but not limited to: Recent editions of Windows Server Administration and maintenance Basic understanding of application troubleshooting Microsoft Office/365 Scripting protocols (Powershell, VBS, Python, etc.) Onsite at Westlake, TX Deloitte office Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: Minimum 2 years supporting Project Coordination/Mgmt MCSE, Azure/AWS/GCP Cloud Certifications General understanding of cyber security best practices Ability to prioritize under pressure with calm demeanor Windows Server 2016-2022 Access control systems VMWare ESXi hosting Infor HMS and Sales & Catering platforms Hotel Guestroom technology (InfoValue/Crave/JamF MDM solution) Root Cause Analysis process Basic IP scheming The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
