You’ll evaluate system needs, propose improvements, solve complex technical problems, and ensure solutions align with current and future system architecture. You Have: 10+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software using agile methods Experience with full stack development across multiple languages, tools, and frameworks Experience applying Agile, extreme programming, software engineering, and product management principles Experience architecting, writing, and reviewing source code for complex applications Experience building integrated back‑end and front‑end solutions that scale Ability to solve complex technical problems within cross‑functional teams Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience gathering and translating client requirements and improving workflows through automation and optimization Expertise with multiple languages or frameworks, including Java, Python, C#, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal Experience implementing automated testing strategies and maintaining test frameworks Secret clearance Master’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
