Sr Manager Software Architect

As a Senior Manager, Salesforce Architecture & Engineering, you will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and custom Salesforce Platform solutions. You will be responsible for driving platform innovation through scalable architecture, modern engineering practices, and AI-enabled business capabilities. You will report directly to our Senior Director, Engineering and you’ll work out of our New Jersey location on a hybrid work schedule Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F This role requires deep expertise in designing and building custom applications on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations, and Salesforce AI technologies. You will establish development standards, architectural governance, and platform best practices while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. As a senior technical leader, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architects, and external technology partners to develop innovative Salesforce-based solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
