Identify priority customer segments, use cases, and market opportunities across enterprise, cloud-native, service provider, and AI-ready data center environments. Translate customer, competitive, and ecosystem insights into clear product requirements, investment priorities, and portfolio decisions. Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to balance innovation, quality, time to market, and commercial outcomes. Drive alignment across product, sales, go-to-market, finance, services, and partner organizations to deliver successful launches and sustained adoption. Build and lead a senior product management team, establishing clear operating mechanisms, accountability, and talent development. Engage strategic customers and ecosystem partners to validate requirements, accelerate adoption, and strengthen HPE’s position in open, automated data center networking. Define business objectives and success measures, monitor performance, and adjust strategy based on market and customer signals. Represent the portfolio with executive stakeholders and in appropriate external industry and customer forums. What You’ll Bring 15+ years of product management and business leadership experience in data center networking, switching, network operating systems, infrastructure software, or a closely related technology field. Demonstrated success defining portfolio strategy and delivering products from concept through launch, adoption, and growth. Strong understanding of open networking, SONiC or comparable network operating systems, data center fabrics, automation, and relevant hardware and software ecosystems. Experience serving enterprise, cloud, service provider, or AI infrastructure customers and converting complex technical needs into differentiated offerings. Proven ability to lead through influence across engineering, architecture, sales, go-to-market, finance, and partner organizations. Strong executive communication, customer engagement, and decision-making skills, including the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. Experience building and developing high-performing product teams. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Leadership
