" Job Description & Summary   We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager ( SolMan ) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Solution Manager environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ChaRM , Monitoring, ITSM, Test Management, and SAP landscape administration. The role requires close collaboration with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure efficient SAP operations and governance.     *Responsibilities:   Configure, administer, and support SAP Solution Manager (7.2) landscapes.   Implement and maintain Change Request Management ( ChaRM ) processes.   Manage Solution Documentation, Business Process Documentation, and Process Management.   Configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Desk functionalities.   Implement and monitor Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, and End User Experience Monitoring.   Support Test Suite, Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management activities.   Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as Workload Analysis, Exception Analysis, and Trace Analysis.   Manage Focused Build, Release Management, and Transport Management processes.   Coordinate with SAP Basis teams for system setup, diagnostics agents, managed system configuration, and SolMan upgrades.   Ensure SAP best practices and compliance standards are followed across SAP landscapes.   Troubleshoot SolMan -related issues and provide timely resolution.   Support integration with SAP Cloud ALM and other monitoring tools where applicable.   Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.     * Mandatory Skill Sets : SAP SolMan , S4 HAN A , E2E implementation     * Preferred Skill Sets :     Experience in S/4HANA
