Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes information technology (IT) solutions for own business or external clients | Applies best practices and advanced methodologies, including Scrum techniques, to address and review system requirements, business processes, changing development and technology environments | Responsibilities are within the IT Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Design and build scalable, performant front-end UI components aligned with UX best practices; develop and   maintain   a comprehensive pattern library.   Integrate AI-assisted web development techniques within CMS workflows to automate content personalization, improve editorial efficiency, and support AI-powered user experiences.   Collaborate with solution architects, digital marketers, and product owners to define solution architecture that meets both technical and business requirements.   Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive quality-first development practices within the team.   Work effectively with globally distributed teams, balancing multiple projects and priorities.   Continuously challenge the status quo:   identify   opportunities for digital innovation, recommend strategic improvements, and pilot new tools or methodologies.   We Celebrate Who We Are!  Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.  Together, we embrace all differences and similarities among colleagues, as well as the differences and similarities within the relationships that we foster with customers, suppliers and the communities where we live and work.
