Primary Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational performance and support leadership decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports that provide visibility into production, labor, schedule, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support Manufacturing Program Managers by providing data analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and decision support for program execution. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and standardize manufacturing workflows. Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple business systems to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Scheduling, and Program Management to solve operational challenges and drive cross-functional initiatives. Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and performance metrics for operations reviews, program management reviews, and leadership meetings. Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives through business intelligence, reporting automation, and data-driven process optimization.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline with 8–12 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 6–10 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing operations, program management, business operations, or operational excellence in a complex production environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Experience improving business processes, standardizing workflows, and implementing data-driven operational improvements. Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including preparing executive-level reports and presentations. Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Program Management.
