Required skills • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle concepts like RAC, Dataguard & OGG • Expertise in 12c,19c versions & OEM  • Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning. • Expertise in Troubleshooting Performance Issues and providing solutions. • Expertise in RMAN Backup/Restore/Recovery. • Expertise in Role swap & Failover planning and implementation. • Strong technical knowledge of database space management • Implementing releases / service requests • Expertise in GoldenGate  • Expertise in Database upgrades and migrations

Principal responsibilities   • The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Oracle databases and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support team. • Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide permanent fixes. • Investigate and provide solutions to database performance related issues. • Lead Database team in crisis calls, participate in MIR and PIR calls, also mentor team members.  • Experience
