About this role
Flexe is a team of technology entrepreneurs and logistics experts who are transforming the $1.5T logistics industry. We deliver technology-powered flexible warehousing infrastructure to the world’s largest Enterprise companies, creating unprecedented agility and flexibility in their supply chains. Our cloud-based software platform connects to 1300+ warehouse operators across North America, making the process of sourcing, operating and scaling logistics services fast and efficient. Flexe.com
Flexe runs an on-demand warehousing marketplace for enterprise shippers and retailers. We are also in the middle of building a category around it: spot warehousing, measured and priced the way freight already is. That is a more interesting marketing problem than another software funnel, and this is the role that turns it into pipeline.
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on growth marketer to run the demand engine that fills our pipeline. Many companies split this work across various specialists. We would rather give all of it to one person who wants the range: digital marketing and paid media, integrated campaigns from concept through reporting, the marketing operations and attribution underneath them, our events, and the handoff that lets sales act on the demand you create. You will set the strategy and then build the thing yourself, using AI to magnify your impact and close the distance between an idea and a live campaign. You should want that kind of ownership: the budget, the channels, the number, and the room to change course the week the data turns. Experience in B2B technology or logistics is a plus. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & RevOps.
While you will wear many hats, you will not be doing any of this alone. We are a small, tight-knit team: one teammate leads Flexe.com and our organic and inbound programs, another owns our messaging, content, and communications, and you will work shoulder to shoulder with both. You will also direct our outside partners, including our paid media agency and the PR firm we just brought on to sharpen our profile in the market. How the work divides between you, your two teammates, and our partners is something we will shape together in your first quarter. Most people at this level inherit someone else's org chart; you will help draw this one. The mandate itself is fixed from day one: own the demand engine, the budget behind it, and the number it produces.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(50%) Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations
• Own our paid media program end to end, from budget and channel mix through audiences and creative, with a focus on high-intent demand.
• Direct our paid media agency's day-to-day work and serve as the single accountable owner for what it produces.
• Make paid and organic work as one system rather than two: coordinate with the teammate who owns SEO and AI-search so that campaigns, landing pages, and press reinforce our visibility instead of competing with it.
• Own conversion tracking and campaign attribution across paid, organic, and outbound, so that every dollar and every program ties credibly back to pipeline.
• Partner with RevOps to run marketing's operational backbone: marketing automation, campaign data in Salesforce you can actually report from, lead capture and routing, and funnel reporting.
• Own the martech stack and the budget behind it. You decide what earns renewal and what gets cut.
• Publish the marketing scorecard and report program performance to the wider business.
(30%) Demand Generation Programs & Campaigns
• Plan, build, launch, and report on integrated campaigns that pull together paid, outbound, email, web, social, organic, and earned media.
• Own the campaign
