At Cvent, we're committed to continuous learning and adaptation — AI isn't just a tool for us, it's part of our DNA. We're looking for candidates who are eager to evolve alongside technology. If you love to experiment boldly, share your discoveries, and help define best practices for AI-augmented work, you'll thrive here.   Cvent is seeking a Senior Manager, Art Direction & Production to lead and develop our global team of designers, own the operational backbone of our creative production process, and serve as the primary driver of brand enablement across the organization.   This is a people leadership role focused on designers. As a peer to our creative copywriting and video leads, you will sit within the broader creative function reporting directly to the Creative Director. You will own the day-to-day art direction of design output, manage the systems and templates that allow the broader organization to work in-brand, and establish the process and tooling standards that enable a high-quality, high-efficiency design operation.   This role is ideal for someone who is a strong design leader, a thoughtful manager of people, and an operator who believes great creative and great process go hand in hand.   In This Role, You Will: Design Team Leadership & Management   Directly manage a global team of designers, setting clear expectations, providing consistent creative direction, and fostering a culture of craft, accountability, and professional growth.   Lead art direction across design deliverables, ensuring all output reflects Cvent's brand standards and creative quality bar.   Build team capacity and competency, identifying skill gaps, coaching toward growth, and partnering with the Creative Director on hiring and team development.   Manage workload distribution, bandwidth planning, and day-to-day prioritization across the design team.   Brand Enablement & Template Systems   Own and evolve Cvent's library of brand-approved templates, asset banks, and design components that enable non-design teams to produce on-brand work independently.   Develop and maintain scalable brand enablement resources including toolkits, style guides, component libraries, and usage documentation.   Proactively identify where teams are working around brand standards and build solutions that make working in-brand the path of least resistance.   Train and educate internal stakeholders on how to correctly apply brand assets, templates, and design best practices.   Production Operations & Process Excellence   Own the production workflow for the design team, including intake, trafficking, versioning, and delivery processes.   Establish and enforce clear SLAs, asset management conventions, and quality control checkpoints that support a high-volume, high-quality creative operation.   Lead the evaluation, adoption, and optimization of design and production tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and output quality.   Partner with the Creative Director and peer creative leads (copy, video) to ensure
