TikTok Shop AM Operations Specialist (Beauty & Fashion) — Japan (Third-party Associate)

About the Team The TikTok Shop Operations team's mission is to drive the growth of every industry (category) on TikTok Shop across the Japan e-commerce market. The team runs the full spectrum of e-commerce operations — from seller acquisition to day-to-day operational support — and is a core function that partners closely with Campaign, Creator, Product, and Policy teams to accelerate category growth. The Beauty & Fashion sub-team is building toward being the leading destination for the category on TikTok Shop, moving beyond pure product sales to establish long-term strategic partnerships with brands. The team is c. 40 people (roughly balanced by gender), spanning employees in their 20s to 40s with most members in their 30s, and is led by a manager in their 30s.

Key Responsibilities • Seller Acquisition Support (40%): Organize target seller lists, book appointments and set up proposal meetings, and support the end-to-end seller onboarding pipeline for the Beauty & Fashion category. • Data Analysis & Progress Management (40%): Consolidate and analyze seller operational metrics; monitor key KPIs and turn trend movements into actionable insights that the AM team can act on. • Operational Support (20%): Communicate campaign information to sellers, track sign-up and submission progress, and support day-to-day seller operations under the direction of Account Managers.
