Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks Translates concepts into practice Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others Acts as a resource for others with less experience Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree 7+ years of working experience in Python, Pyspark, Scala 5+ years of working experience in Azure Databricks 3+ years of experience working on MS Sql Server and NoSQL DBs like Cassandra, etc. Hands on experience in the Streaming application (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.) Proven ability to understand the existing application codebase, perform impact analysis and update the code when required based on the business logic or for optimization Proven exposure to following DevOps methodology and creating CI/CD deployment pipeline Proven exposure to following Agile methodology specifically using tools like Rally Proven excellent Analytical and Communication skills (Both Verbal and Written) Skills: Python, Spark and Scala Azure Databricks and Kafka DevOps and CICD Gen AI, Lang Chain, Agentic AI, etc. At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
