(Senior) Account Manager - Marine

Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine, Cargo & Logistics team at Insurance Broker Business. This role will be based in Tianjin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Marine Broker is to serve various shipowners/freight forwarders/terminal operators by insurance placement, claim handling and further bringing risk management value to the clients. The whole team is covering whole MMC China marine business with extensive participation on client’s risk management. We will count on you to: Good understanding and networks in both local and International insurance markets in related to Marine H&M，P&I, Marine Liability. Good understanding of broker standard and guideline. Strong experience in handling BAR, H&M or P&I claims Provide risks solution to the client by evaluating their current insurance program or uninsurable risks exposure. Independently handles routine inquires and transactions concerning What you need to have:  Relevant college degree of Marine, Engineering, Maritime Law, Insurance, etc. Relevant working experience in client serving in related to both Builder’s Risks, H&M and P&I insurance. Perfect communication skill, fast learning, result-oriented mindset and can work under pressure situation What makes you stand out?
