Job Title Tenant Advisory Group Manager Job Description Summary Job Description About the role Deliver tenant representation services for industrial properties (factories, logistics centres, data centres, R&D/laboratories) as well as general commercial office spaces Provide tailored transaction solutions including relocations, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals Identify and evaluate potential sites, negotiate with landlords, review and summarize lease terms, conduct contract analysis, and perform financial modeling For sales and acquisitions: source and evaluate opportunities, lead negotiations and deal structuring, and support contract discussions Manage client communications, reporting, and the overall project lifecycle Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose optimized transaction processes to ensure successful outcomes Prepare high-quality deliverables such as RFP proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support new business development Collaborate effectively with domestic and international clients as well as global teams, with strong English communication skills considered essential About you Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field (not strictly required) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (experience with a global real estate consultancy or in a related industry preferred; equivalent experience may also be considered) Native-level Korean proficiency and excellent English skills (both written and verbal) Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with industry-related software a plus) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables Good understanding of Korean real estate dynamics, general market practices and zoning laws applicable to industrial real estate Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
