Pursuit Center Intern Presales Consultant Description - Job scope/summary: Part of the EMEA Services Pursuit Center, the Intern will join a team of Service Architects, working on some of the most exciting global print opportunities in HP. They will help the team with data management, analysis and input of bid proposals, contract set up and execution. Job specifics/responsibilities: Awareness of Managed Print Services offerings Understand Customer business needs, Value proposition, financial drivers and established assumptions Develop best in class fleet design proposal, contract evaluation and preparation Deal tracking and progress reporting Support of critical Bid execution phases, monitoring of the Bid process execution and compliance. Coordinate with key HP functions to ensure execution of proposals and signed contracts Communication internal/external Key skills required: Ability to analyze, model and interpret data A methodical and logical approach Accuracy and attention to detail The ability to prioritize tasks Problem-solving skills Good organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Teamworking skills Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate within the internal project team and with people and groups outside of it Written and verbal communication skills Education (degree) and professional experience required: Bachelor/Master – in progress Experience in virtual team environment Other requirements: Fluent English language (written and spoken) Other EMEA languages knowledge would be an asset Personal skills and qualities: Strong communication skills Positive can-do attitude Customer centric approach Out of the box thinking – able to find solutions Strong communication and influencing skills Excellent teamwork skills Able to apply tools and technology to produce results Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change Attention to the details to produce Qualitative outcomes Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with): MS Office Reporting tool /Data management would be preferable but not mandatory At HP, the future is yours to create!
