About this role
Who we are looking for As an associate in JPGC team located in Hangzhou, w e are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team for investment performance and attribution/investment compliance service. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and to ensure that all deliverables processed with 100% accuracy. You are also responsible for the risk policies & standing operational procedures and to ensure provide service to all queries/issues raised by both external/internal parties to the highest quality within the agreed turnaround times. You will need effectively communicate issues identified from preparing and take appropriate actions to ensure the report send to client correctly and timely. What you will be responsible for Effectively work to complete the customized reports and identify all the issues before delivering to external clients Promptly respond to queries from the client or upstream/downstream internal teams To understand the core offering and ways to increase efficiencies and accuracy in the day to day process To ensure that all day to day tasks and issues/queries raised by internal and external are resolved within agreed time frames Support client ad-hoc query/request Provide adequate documentation and backup of all operational processes Timely summarize the issue log and perform daily process within team for remediation actions Participate in local training sessions for skills development What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role: Professional English communication skills in both written and verbal Self-motivated to provide unsurpassed service by exceeding service levels Good time management skills, ability to do multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Sense of risk awareness and escalation Discreet and meticulous, able to identify and resolve issues in daily operations Education & Preferred Qualifications Degree qualified in English, Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline; or relevant work experience in a similar role preferable. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to produce accurate results A good knowledge of fund accounting operational concepts Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent PC skills.
