Summary We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer with strong fundamentals in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. The ideal candidate is passionate about software development, eager to learn new technologies and adaptable to working on modern Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to customer-facing digital experiences, backend services and integrations while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise MarTech platforms. Training on the relevant MarTech tools and platforms will be provided after onboarding. Key Responsibilities ·    Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. ·    Build and support backend services and REST APIs for business applications. ·    Create responsive, accessible and user-friendly front-end experiences using modern web development practices. ·    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and deploy software solutions. ·    Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation and other Agile development activities. ·    Troubleshoot application issues, investigate defects and support timely resolution. ·    Learn and contribute to MarTech platforms, integrations and customer engagement solutions. ·    Continuously strengthen technical skills and adapt to evolving business and technology requirements. Technical Skill Requirements Required Skills ·    Strong programming fundamentals in Java. ·    Good working knowledge of Node.js development. ·    Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. ·    Knowledge of REST APIs and web application architecture. ·    Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software engineering best practices. ·    Familiarity with source control systems such as Git. ·    Good problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills. Preferred Skills ·    Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js. ·    Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases. ·    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. ·    Awareness of cloud platforms or CI/CD practices. ·    Interest in digital marketing technologies and customer experience platforms. Qualifications and Experience ·    1 to 2 years of professional software development experience, ·    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. ·    Strong foundation in Java, Node.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. ·    Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies and platforms. ·    Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. ·    Self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
