Job Summary
The Analyst will play a key role within the Supply Chain Planning team by turning data into clear insights, improving reporting accuracy, and driving automation and process improvements. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience across demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management who enjoys solving operational problems, working with large datasets, and partnering with business teams to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Analyze supply chain planning data across demand, procurement, logistics , inventory, suppliers, and operations to identify trends, risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities. Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, trackers, and business summaries that support timely planning decisions and escalation. Support planning activities including demand analysis, inventory positioning, supply risks, supplier commitments, and exception management. 2. Data Management & Analysis Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources, using Excel, Power Query, and related tools. Clean, validate , reconcile, and organize data to improve reporting quality and reduce manual effort. 3. Process Automation & Improvement Identify repetitive manual activities and support automation or simplification using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and standardized workflows. Document improved processes, maintain repeatable solutions, and measure the impact of automation and process changes. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to understand requirements, resolve data or process issues, and support business priorities. Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly in a practical and business-friendly manner. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with 6–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, operations, analytics, or related functions, with hands-on exposure to demand planning, procurement, logistics , inventory management, reporting, or process improvement. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data cleansing, validation, and analysis of large datasets. Experience improving reporting, workflows, or operational processes through automation, standardization, or process simplification. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, ERP/MRP systems, or tools used in supply chain planning and execution.
