AI Enablement Partner - HR Operations (AMS)

The HR operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities 1. Lead automation and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations, identifying high impact use cases and driving implementation; 2. Translate dynamic business processes into structured, system and AI executable workflows; develop clear BRDs and deliver end-to-end solutions; 3. Drive integration of automation capabilities with core HR systems (e.g., People, Workday) and foundational tools (e.g., Bitable/Base) to build scalable solutions; 4. Support adoption of new tools and ways of working through training, enablement, and best practice sharing.
