Who You Are: You reside in India. Have 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Are a person with exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Have a full time Bachelor's Degree. Have a valid Indian passport. Have thorough understanding of Visa Terms - Corp to Corp, W2, 1099. Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) Good understanding of technologies - Java technologies, .NET technologies, etc.
