About this role: The Scheduling Manager owns daily and mid-term production scheduling at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring the right balance between demand and capacity to meet customer commitments.

Builds and manages short- and mid-term production schedules. Balances line load against available capacity. Tracks adherence-to-plan and adjusts for deviations. Coordinates with Materials on input availability. Analyzes service, inventory and plan-adherence KPIs. Schedules production to enable inventory optimization. Supports the SIOP/S&OP process. ​ Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of production planning/scheduling experience. ​ Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.  Solid knowledge of MRP, ERP systems and capacity planning.  Proven ability to build and manage short- and mid-term schedules and balance line load.  Experience tracking adherence-to-plan, service and inventory KPIs.  Strong analytical skills and cross-functional coordination.  APICS certification (CPIM) preferred.  Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.  Strong analytical skills.  Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
