We are now looking for a charismatic and passionate Mixologist to join the bar team led by Jan Šebek, Bars & Beverages Manager, and become part of the creative world of Minus One — W Prague’s premium cocktail destination. 🍸 JOIN THE TEAM BEHIND MINUS ONE Working alongside Jan Šebek, one of the leading figures of the Czech cocktail scene, you’ll become part of a team focused on pushing the boundaries of modern bartending and creating memorable experiences through cocktails. Jan is also a winner of the Czech national Diageo Reserve World Class competition, placing among the top five bartenders globally in 2023, as well as a winner of the international Johnnie Walker Challenge in São Paulo. At Minus One, cocktails are more than drinks. They are part of an immersive experience combining storytelling, design, gastronomy, music and modern mixology. The bar offers different cocktail worlds, from reimagined classics and innovative signature cocktails at Poppy to the more intimate and experimental Occulto, where cocktails become part of a unique Fine Cocktail Dining experience.
